When you awake in the morning you have to make a choice whether you will get out of bed and start your day or stay in bed and blow off the day. You also have to make a choice whether you are going to have a good, positive attitude toward others or not.<div>Dr. Napoleon Hill wrote, What ever you can conceive and believe you can achieve. If you can conceive having a great day and believe it you will have a great day! Ninety percent of success is attitude. Your attitude! The great modern day author and speaker Zig Ziglar says, If it is to be it is up to me.</div><div>As a person who fights depression on a daily basis I know making these daily choices is not as easy as it sounds. In fact it is the hardest choice I have to make. For with out this positive choice I am worth nothing for that day. One of the ways I use to combat depression is to commit never to surrender to it. </div><div> We all know that whatever happens today will not stop the sun from rising tomorrow morning. If we fail to make the right choices today we have a fresh start to take off running in the morning. This is not to say that we should put off till tomorrow what we set out to accomplish today, it is to say that if i failed today i have another shot at it tomorrow.
